AACI Celebrates Again
The Association of Americans and Canadians in Israel (AACI) is once again bringing together the, over 200,000 strong, North American community in Israel to celebrate US Independence Day and Canada Day.
This year’s event returns, with flair, to the Tisch Family Zoo in Jerusalem on Monday July 2nd 2007. AACI’s celebratory activities begin at 15:00 with activities for the whole family including JELLY story hour, a magician, caricaturist, origami, face painting, jazz band and more.
Ride the zoo train for free with an English speaking guide, visit the petting zoo and if you dare for an up-close experience, watch the 3D movie ‘Bugs’ in English at the special price of NIS 7.
Once you’ve enjoyed all the zoo has to offer, settle down for a picnic by the lake. Enjoy kosher grilled hamburgers, hotdogs and fries or bring your own picnic for that holiday feeling.
AACI is excited to bring you Larry Fogel and Moni Arnon playing their famous tribute to the legendary ‘Simon and Garfunkel’. The concert will run from 17:30 – 19:00.
The Jerusalem Biblical Zoo is only a train ride away from Beit Shemesh.
